How to Join

Log in, spawn in, and survive. That’s the whole onboarding.
Rules (keep it simple)
HytaleVanilla is a vanilla anarchy server.
That means there are only two rules:
No hacking
No exploits
Everything else is allowed.
What counts as hacking?
Any unauthorized client modifications or external tools used to gain unfair advantages—combat, movement, vision, automation, etc.
What counts as exploits?
Abusing bugs or unintended mechanics to gain an unfair advantage (duplication, bypassing intended limits, or anything clearly “not how the game is meant to work”).
If you’re unsure whether something crosses the line, the safest choice is: don’t do it.
World philosophy
This server exists to create a world that does not reset to accommodate convenience.
We believe the best anarchy worlds are:
Permanent (history matters)
Player-driven (staff aren’t writing the story)
Minimal rules (freedom creates real gameplay)
Technically stable (a “forever world” needs real infrastructure)
Your base is not protected. Your loot is not protected. Your faction is not protected.
But the world itself—the continuity, the timeline, the accumulated history—is protected by commitment.
Discord
Join the Discord for announcements, updates, community coordination, and finding allies (or rivals).
Expectations and culture
You can expect:
Unpredictable PvP and conflict
Player-driven alliances and rivalries
A spawn area that evolves through destruction and rebuilding
Long-term gameplay for people who like high stakes
You should not expect:
Anti-griefing rules
“Safe zones”
Wipes to keep things fresh
Staff intervention in player disputes
Reporting hacks/exploits
If you suspect hacks or exploits, report it in Discord with any evidence you have (clips, screenshots, timestamps, player name). That helps keep enforcement clean and fair.
